Job Description
- To input new client data upon receipt and update as required
- To take in-coming calls from clients and book mutually convenient survey appointments
- To contact clients (by telephone when possible) to arrange appointments for survey
- To prepare daily appointment sheets for surveyors
- To contact by letter, those clients we have been unable to contact by telephone
- To update database from information provided by surveyors
- To answer queries from the managing agents, clients and surveyors, either by telephone, fax or letter
- To provide general admin support for the rest of the Sales team
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Ensure all associated administration duties are carried out in line with company procedures
- Ensure that a professional and courteous approach is adopted at all times
- Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and ensure that the working environment is practical for both yourself and others
- And any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post, which may be allocated from time to time
Requirements

5 GCSE’s A-C or equivalent including English and Maths | European Computer Driving Licence NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent in Customer Care/Customer Service/Administration |

Good geographical knowledge of the UK |
