Survey Coordinator

Salary Location
£13k - £14k Leicester

Job Description

  1. To input new client data upon receipt and update as required.
  2. To take in-coming calls from clients and book mutually convenient survey appointments
  3. To contact clients (by telephone when possible) to arrange appointments for survey
  4. To prepare daily appointment sheets for surveyors
  5. To contact by letter, those clients we have been unable to contact by telephone
  6. To update database from information provided by surveyors
  7. To answer queries from the managing agents, clients and surveyors, either by telephone, fax or letter
  8. To provide general admin support for the rest of the Sales team
  9. Flexible approach to working hours
  10. Ensure all associated administration duties are carried out in line with company procedures
  11. Ensure that a professional and courteous approach is adopted at all times
  12. Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and ensure that the working environment is practical for both yourself and others
  13. And any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post, which may be allocated from time to time.

Requirements

Specification Essential Desirable
Work Experience
e.g. previous experience required to do the job
Previous experience of using Microsoft Office Systems

Proven customer service and administration experience
Previous use of in house systems

Experience of working within the building/construction/insulation industry
Education & Qualification
e.g. academic or professional qualifications
5 GCSE’s A-C or equivalent including English and Maths European Computer Driving Licence

NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent in Customer Care/Customer Service/Administration
Skills/Abilities
e.g. analytical skills, computer skills
Excellent telephone manner

Strong team working skills

Excellent Data Entry Skills

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Ability to communicate effectively

Able to give attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent Administration Skills
Good geographical knowledge of the UK
