Using thermal imaging cameras, HeatSeekers vehicles capture images of properties which are 'leaking' heat. This clever technology means that Mark Group can take a scientific approach to identifying properties which could benefit from better home insulation and then offer to install it.

HeatSeekers works with the permission of Local Authorities throughout England, Scotland and Wales. And, together with Mark Group's network of branches, insulation measures can be installed in homes across the length and breadth of Britain.

Why HeatSeekers is unique?

  • Each HeatSeekers vehicle is capable of assessing up to 1,000 properties an hour by surveying on the move
  • HeatSeekers will identify any heat that may be escaping through the walls or roof of a property, using proven thermal imaging technology
  • A dedicated trained Mark Group advisor will then follow up with you directly, identifying what measures can be taken to help reduce your bills and save energy. They will then be able to arrange for these to be installed by one of our team here at Mark Group
  • Guaranteed quality workmanship: Mark Group is a member of the National Insulation Association (NIA), is registered with the Cavity Wall Insulation Agency (CIGA) and approved by the British Board of Agrément (BBA)

What's the process?

  • Vehicles work over the winter months, from October through to March, during the evenings capturing thermal images
  • Each area followed up by a team of Mark Group trained surveyors, equipped with individual thermal images of each home which could benefit from insulation
  • If you are interested, a further detailed survey is carried out on your home by Mark Group, when a quotation for insulation is also provided
  • Installation by Mark Group trained technicians can be booked there and then and managed through to completion
