Who will carry out the installation?
At Mark Group we work in partnership with HeatSeekers to install all insulation measures. Mark Group currently installs cavity and loft insulation in around 6,000 homes every week, so you can be assured of the highest level of expertise and service.
What products do you use?
For cavity wall insulation Mark Group installs high quality glass and rock fibre, supplied by international manufacturers Knauf and Rockwool. Mark Group's installation technicians are trained and certificated to the highest standards of the British Board of Agrément.

Is the work guaranteed?
Yes, for cavity wall insulation the guarantee you will receive is called a 'CIGA' guarantee (Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency) which guarantees workmanship and materials for 25 years. Mark Group will apply for it on your behalf and it will be sent to you direct from CIGA. It can take up to eight weeks for this to be delivered to you after installation.
Loft insulation carries a statutory manufacturer's guarantee.
Do I have to own my own home?
The HeatSeekers/Mark Group programme is open to people who own their own home or rent from a private landlord. However, permission from the landlord will be needed prior to the install. Your surveyor will be able to discuss the details with you.
