BBC TV’s Breakfast programme has been helping one family to go green. The Hawksworths, two adults and five children, were chosen to see just how easy it was for them to reduce their Carbon footprint – with a little help from Mark Group. Presenter Declan Curry interviewed Mark Group director Bill Rumble live on the March 16th programme.
“We were delighted to help the Hawksworth family make a substantial reduction in their home’s carbon footprint and energy bills. Cavity wall and loft insulation offer the best cost-to-saving benefit of all the home energy saving solutions. With that major first step completed, we’re looking forward to helping the Hawksworths save even more – perhaps through micro-generation?”
