On the day of installation, our technician will identify themselves using their ID card. All our technicians wear company uniforms and will arrive in our distinctive vans.

A carbon monoxide reading will be taken inside your property to check ventilation.

The technician will drill a pattern of holes in your brickwork – at low and high levels.

The mineral wool is then blown into the cavity using special equipment.

The technician will then fill the holes created, using dyes and mixes to match to the existing mortar as close as possible.

The brickwork is then made good and the technician will clean up any debris.

A post installation carbon monoxide test is carried out to re-check ventilation. Payment is then made to the technician, if necessary. Your 25 year CIGA guarantee will be posted to you.
